We ship with DHL. Once your parcel is on its way, you’ll automatically receive a tracking code by email.

Check your tracking first — sometimes a parcel has been left with a neighbour. Still nothing after 5 working days, or has your product arrived damaged or is it the wrong item? Email us at hello@meetcloudless.com. If it's damaged, please include a photo. We'll sort it out at no extra cost to you.

You choose how often you'd like a delivery: every month, every 2 months or every 3 months. For Glow+, you can also choose every 6 months. After that, your deliveries arrive automatically, and you get 20% off every delivery.

Yes. In your account, you can skip a delivery, move its date or change how often you receive it.

Yes. There's no minimum term and cancellation is free. You can do it yourself in your account. If a delivery has already been paid for and dispatched, it can't be cancelled.

Ordering Clear+ or Glow+ for the first time? Use it daily for 90 days. Not satisfied? Let us know within the following 10 days through your account or by emailing hello@meetcloudless.com. You'll need to return all the pouches, including empty ones, using the return label we send you. We'll refund what you paid, minus the cost of the label. See the full terms.

Yes, if you want to use the guarantee. To make a claim, you'll need to return every pouch you received, whether opened, unopened or empty. We can't issue a refund without the pouches.

You can return unopened products within 14 days of receiving them. Let us know you'd like to cancel using our cancellation form and you'll get an email confirmation straight away. You can also email hello@meetcloudless.com. We'll send you instructions and issue your refund within five working days of receiving your return.

Clear+ is suitable for women and men aged 12 and over. Many parents order it for their teenagers. Glow+ is intended for adults.

Give it time: your skin renews itself roughly every four weeks, while hair and nails grow slowly. Build up your routine during the first month, then assess it after 2 to 3 months of daily use.
